Cancellation policy

**IMPORTANT**
PLEASE NOTE THAT REGISTRATIONS ARE NOT CONFIRMED UNTIL PAYMENT IS RECEIVED IN FULL. DEADLINE FOR FULL PAYMENT IS 30 June 2026. All unpaid registrations are subject to cancellation.
Any paid registrations cancelled before this deadline may be refunded minus a €50 registration fee. After 30 June, refunds may only be granted on a case by case basis. Please contact us at info@sfceurope.org for more information or if you would like to transfer your registration to another participant.
